The report

Reports are free and are compiled from public sources named on each page, checked at the date shown. School designations, boundaries, programs, transit schedules, park facilities and places change. Confirm anything that matters with the school board, the City or the operator before you decide. A report is not a guarantee of a school place, a service or a condition.

Agents

If you add your details to a report, you confirm they are accurate and that you are responsible for them, including compliance with the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s advertising requirements and your brokerage’s policies. We print what you confirm and do not verify it against RECO. Any places or corrections you submit are checked by us before they change a report.

The three next steps on each report link to our own help pages or, when a category is sponsored, to a partner’s website. Some next-step links lead to our partners, who support this free report. We do not collect or pass on your information to any partner.

Use

Reports may be printed and shared for the purpose of buying, selling or researching a home. Automated bulk generation, scraping the site, or reselling reports is not permitted.
